Charlotte Press
Goss Urbanite offset press with 17 units
- Configured as 3-3 high towers and 4-2 highs
- Capable of printing 56 broadsheets or 112 tabloid pages in collect mode
- Capability of printing 24 pages (broadsheet), 48 pages (tabloid) of process color
- Two(2) 5000 series urbanite (2-1) folders with upper formers
- Seven (7) Jardis high-speed pasters and one (1) Martin zero-speed paster –
- Press capable of printing 48,000 copies per hour
- 2 K&M Inserters with capacity of eight (8) inserts into one jacket, with capacity of 12,000 per hour
- Capable of running 11” to 34” webs
Venice Press
Goss community rotary offset press with 18 units
- Configured as four (4) 4-color towers and two (2) black units
- Capable of printing 24 broadsheets pages or 48 tabloid pages
- Capability of printing 16 pages (broadsheet), 32 pages (tabloid) of process color
- Two (2) Goss SSC folders
- Six (6) Martin splicers
- Press top speed of 30,000 impressions per hour
- Capable of running 11” to 34” webs
- Muller Martini Type 217 stitching and trimming machine capable of 6 different signatures to form book, with a capacity to run 7,000 copies per hour
- Muller-martini inserting machine with capacity of six (6) inserts into one jacket, with capacity of 7,000 per hour
Transportation
Our Transportation Department is ready to deliver your finished product:
- Diverse fleet of vehicles, including a variety of vans and trucks, with varying capacities of between 1 to 14 pallets
- Reliable, on-schedule delivery of custom-packaged products
- Dedicated Transportation Manager to coordinate delivery time and location]
- Delivery coverage averaging 4000 miles a month, extending from Miami to Tampa, Daytona and areas in between
